SINGAPORE, 20 January 2017 – Techkon Commercial Pte Ltd ("Techkon") today celebrated the topping out milestone of VIIO @ Balestier, a freehold residential and Commercial development.VIIO offers 56 exclusive residential oasis with three floors of retail space designed by President's Designer 2015 Winner- MKPL Architects.
The ceremony was officiated by Director of Techkon Commercial Pte Ltd ("Developer"), Mr Ong Pang Sin, together with Managing Director of Techkon Pte Ltd ("Main Contractor"), Mr Goh Chai Hoo, Co-founder and Chairman of MKPL Architects Pte Ltd ("Architect"), Mr Siew Man Kok, and Director of MKPL Architects Pte Ltd, Mr John Mclauglin.
The new mixed Development building, occupying 2049 square metres and located beside Zhongshan Mall, has a total floor area of 6149 square metres. When completed at end-2017, VIIO will have 56 residential units on seven storeys sitting on top of a three-stoorey retail podium with 22 strata shop units. There will also be a sky garden with a 33 metre lap pool. The residential and retail components will have thier own dedicated entrances, with a separate car park podium.
